Does RPG offer promotions or discounts?

Unless otherwise stated by email or promotional banners on our website, RPG does its best to ensure customers enjoy the most cost-effective pricing. Should you have a specific pricing for a specific product, please contact us at 800-521-6319 or email us at orders@rpg.com.

How do I apply a promotional code or coupon to my order?

After adding products to your shopping cart, you can add promotional codes or coupons when you view your cart. Select 'Use Coupon Code" and enter your code there. You will see the discount applied immediately and can proceed to checkout.

Is my data secure?

Much like any other business, we follow the industry standards that protect any information you provide to us that is personally identifiable. We ensure that this information is secured and protected while the information is being transmitted to us and when we store in our database. For any credit card transactions, we utilize a third party known as NET1 Payment Solutions to ensure any transactions and personal information are secure. NET1 Payment Solutions offers extensive fraud and risk prevention features that lead the industry in protecting consumers and merchants. 

Although we have taken the necessary steps to ensure complete security, nothing is every 100% guaranteed. When is my credit card charged?

Full payment is required to place and process your order. We accept payment solely through credit card.

How do I know that RPG has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery estimates for supply shipments to Washington metropolitan area destinations are based on 2-3 business day transit times. Special order items have an anticipated transit time of 3-5 business days. Processing and shipping times will vary for all equipment and apparel orders.

If RPG is unable to ship an item having a back-ordered quantity, you will be contacted by phone or email with an estimated shipping date.

Any order placed after 3:30 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Do you accept will-calls?

Of course! If you are local to our Laurel, MD branch you can select the "Pickup From Store" option during checkout to come to our location and pickup your order for free.

What are the will-call hours?

Will-call is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 

In addition to ensuring that inventory is available, and to prevent you from waiting an extended time upon your arrival, please wait for confirmation from our representative that your order has been processed.
